What is PANORAMA?

PANORAMA or Phased Allelic Navigation and Omic-Resolved Annotation, Mapping, and Analysis is an interactive, variant viewer that enables variant exploration at the gene and protein sequence levels. It is designed for interrogation at both the gene/transcript and protein levels. It also enables haplotype analysis to provide novel insight into variant context to disease. It currently is focused on retinoblastoma allowing interrogation of RB1 and pRB to better understand the global burden of genetic variation leading to this pediatric cancer.
